The news broadcast suddenly fell silent, the reporter staring blankly into the camera, his expression frozen in dread. A strange man with a grotesque, carved smile appeared behind him.

Moments later, the reporter was brutally murdered by a strange person, splashing blood across the viewer's sight, staining the whole screen in his rich blood.

A mother and a daughter sat watching this gruesome scene unfold. Daughter was shaking in fear, while mother was transfixed by the sounds coming out from the TV. She liked them. She liked his screams. She liked his pain.

It brought her a wide, thirsty grin.
